I bought a sim card online and when I bought it it showed me that the order is processing then the processing failed after they stole the money from my account without any response or email from them regarding the order, so I called them and a female employee told me that they will ship it tomorrow so I waited but their lies and deception appeared again and I also wrote to them by mail and sent them to the complaints department but no one responded they just stole the money without any response and now I opened a case with them through my bank. So beware of this fraudulent company when you buy from them online.

Good data, Crap voice calls

Great for data, but making voice call is atrocious. Can have a great 5g signal but connecting voice calls is very poor, as if the call has to be routed through Bangladesh before making a connection. Even when connected the call quality is very poor. Will not allow WiFi calling, so that does not help either. Very disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend it

I wouldn't recommend it. Customer service is quite bad. They auto renewed a bundle after asking auto renewal off. When I called them (after waiting 30 minutes to be attended), I explained the issue and I received an email that I would receive the refund and cancel of the bundle. Never happened. I wrote to customer service but they do not answer. I would recommend to pay with a disposable card, never a standard one
