I never got the pre-paid SIM card, even after I waited for 30 minutes to talk to the agent and 40 minutes trying to talk to their online agents. This is absolutely TRASH. Wouldn't recommened it AT ALL.

i bought uk plan smart. after successful esim activation it appeared that i couldn't make or receive any phone calls, sms or mobile data. no ussd code worked. in addition i couldn't login to my lyca mobile account on a website because in order to reset the password, which i didn't receive, i had to receive sms with one-time code. i tried to contact lyca mobile using the only available contact channel, the chat, for a few days with no success. there was also uk phone option, but as i mentioned, i couldn't make any phone calls. i asked revolut for a refund where i described the problem in detail. lyca mobile disagreed, saying that everything was fine on their site. i replied describing the problem more. after my last message, they didn't reply, so i won the case and got my money back
