Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Waited for an hour to talk to a staff but could not. The app is even worst. I tried to pay my bill through the app, it keeps shutting me down. Need to improve a lot on the service. It doesn't pick up signal if you are inside a building, have to come to the road to get signal. This is not good on the overall performance.
