This company is a scam. My husband and I bought 2 30 days sims whilst travelling to Uk. Upon returning the payments continued to be taken out of the account. It is impossible to get through to customer service. Do not buy Lycamobile. I am still trying to get my sims deactivated *editing to add that even though they asked for more info, they are still yet to reply the emails I have sent. Again, do not use this company

Bought a pay monthly sim for my daughter, however, due to incompetence Lyca didn’t recycle the number correctly and it was being used by an adult male who was using the number to send inappropriate messages to my daughter’s friends - his profile was set up on WhatsApp which we have a screenshot of. Lyca failed to respond to concerns and emails. Sent numerous emails as well as one requesting cancellation. Payment was still taken and they had the nerve to charge for the following month as they said they needed a months notice. Do not use avoid at all costs - their call centres are in India and call handlers are unable to grasp anything that is different to the usual query.

Decided to get a monthly Simm unfortunately it wasn't the right network for me. cancelled after a week ( you have 14 days to cancel). After numerous emails, which they seem to ignore, they are still trying to charge me and won't stop three months in!

Not good communication customer service numbers given do not work. I ordered a SIM card with an option to port my number got the SIM but no instructions on how to do it and no date given as to when I could change number the website is also poor and hard to use. I think they have used the PAC code but not let me know as I tried to use it again with a different company but it wouldn't let me so will give it a month then change supplier

Update: this response from lyca is a lie. I was charged twice for a monthly package, how can a balance be used for that? Your customer service is poor. I am already with a new and better network with customer service so fast and efficient I was shocked, unlike Lyca Mobile with the most frustrating customer service experience Very poor customer service. They also reduce your data when you haven't used that much. They charged me twice, when I called they said they'd refund( after trying to get through for 2 hours) i waited a month even though they said 5-7 days. I did a charge back then they blocked my number, asking me to cancel my charge back. No resolution. Im moving. Do NOT go with lyca
