Avoid at all costs
Bought a pay monthly sim for my daughter, however, due to incompetence Lyca didn’t recycle the number correctly and it was being used by an adult male who was using the number to send inappropriate messages to my daughter’s friends - his profile was set up on WhatsApp which we have a screenshot of. Lyca failed to respond to concerns and emails. Sent numerous emails as well as one requesting cancellation. Payment was still taken and they had the nerve to charge for the following month as they said they needed a months notice. Do not use avoid at all costs - their call centres are in India and call handlers are unable to grasp anything that is different to the usual query.
