This company is fraudulent. I signed my kid up for a monthly bundle which was automatically renewed. I cancelled the auto renewal before its expiry date as my kid will be on holidays and will not need it. Lycamobile still went ahead to withdraw the amount. My bank had to block my debit card and send a new one. 3 months later, I cancelled the bundle before its expiry date and again they deducted the fee,even after I had removed my card details. The customer service had the guts to ask if I took screenshots.how silly can that be? I have proof that my bank had to block the first card because of this company. Do NOT save your card details on their system. Even after you have removed it,they store it in their systems which is very DISHONEST. Very desperate to take money from people. They are fraudulent. Going to report them.

the customer service is a nightmare, I've been trying to swap a lost phone number over to a new SIM all under lyca, no other supplier, 3 days I am trying to do this, the chat people head off for a cup of tea or a nap during chat, the call take 30 mins before you get through, then they send you off and call back again for another hold for 30 mins, talking about the worse service ever.

Sim arrived quickly and well packaged. I was told though I couldn’t use thr £2.60 sim as I bought a pay as you go £10 sim before it which didn’t last long. So I had to purchase another £5 sim. So not a great experience. At least though I can make calls on this network as my normal service provider 3 is not working in my home area for 6 weeks now.
