I had lost my phone and the customer adviser Anthony went the extra mile by registering my SIM card and then do the swap for me in order to not loose my old number. Thank you so much for your service.

Russell was very helpful today. He really was patient and got to the route of the problem quickly. He has tried to arrange a refund for the un needed bundle. The system was confusing for me and I have been paying for something I was not using. I wish all the months could be refunded but apparently only the most recent one can be refunded.

I'm very unhappy because I have to keep chasing and calling them to ask for my old SIM card. Please all my paperwork are attached to that number unable to have access with the SIM card because I lost a number and now I'm gonna say that lyca mobile have lost a faithful client.

Will try to keep it short 1. Data package barely worked while i was in the UK which was disappointing. Was honestly not really even worth having. 2. It wouldn’t let me cancel the plan on the application or online so i’ve been contacting support. Took their time replying, shocked as they waited until the next billing cycle to do it. so now this is the 3rd time i’ve been charged £25 for something i’ve not used. I’ll gladly take this down if a member of the team sees this, and decides to just deactivate it for me. I don’t want not questions more than i’ve already answered. Just deactivate it.

Arnaque à fuir!!! Je me suis prélevé deux fois 49 euros sens mon autorisation, je les ai contacté par mail on me répond en me demandant des renseignements qu’il on déjà j’attend toujours la réponse et aujourd’hui je vois qu’on me prélève à nouveau 49euro c inadmissible

Did not sign up for auto renewal as my friend got me the sim, contacted them by phone 4 times i had to call them as they kept forwarding me to the wrong department! I finally got through explaining my situation and plus how there signal is very bad which they are aware of. I told them to cancel the contract within the cooling period,they agreed and emailed me its a success its canceled! So why to this day then further money has came out of my account,?? And again I call and email them I want a refund! They are still not only demanding 20 pounds but threatening me they will bar the line and telling me my credit will be effected. Absolutely disgusting company and there is NO 'customer service' Avoid at all cost!! NO INTEGRITY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Gem

I took out a monthly contract with Lyca mobile on the 8th june which was £11 for the first month then £22 after but I am not happy with reception and data I am getting so I contacted customer services and told them I wanted to cancel, I then received an email confirming that it was being cancelled was told that under the T&C I needed to give 30 notice and I received an email stating this but since the I have received another email telling me that they will take £30.51 from my account on 19 july so again I called customer services and was told that my contract will not end until 5th AUG, but I am very sceptical that this will happen, and fully expect them to truy to get more money from my account.

I have 2 SIM only pay monthly with Lycamobile first one was 10gb a month suddenly they dropped to 5gb without any explanation while the deal was for 10gb a month ,and my second SIM is a 12 month plan for £10 a month with £0 spending cap on it this one as well was over charged £7.85 over original price and no explanation also there is no customer service they pick up and transferred to another department over 1 hour no one pick up this company is a SCUM Avoid pay a few £ extra buy the SIM elsewhere.
