Horrendous customer support
Will try to keep it short 1. Data package barely worked while i was in the UK which was disappointing. Was honestly not really even worth having. 2. It wouldn’t let me cancel the plan on the application or online so i’ve been contacting support. Took their time replying, shocked as they waited until the next billing cycle to do it. so now this is the 3rd time i’ve been charged £25 for something i’ve not used. I’ll gladly take this down if a member of the team sees this, and decides to just deactivate it for me. I don’t want not questions more than i’ve already answered. Just deactivate it.
