Christina was more than helpful

Christina was more than helpful. Very patient and explained things that the service covered. I wasn’t aware of the wonderful changes that Medical Alert now has. We were clients till 12/31/2024. We changed our insurance carrier and new insurance does not cover medical alerts.

Wonderful customer service!

I filled out an online form to get estimates for the best device for my 76 year old mother, and LifeStation was the first to reach out - before I even left the website! My sales rep was LOVELY!! She spoke with me like a human and answered all my questions kindly. I haven’t used an alert system before, but this one has everything I was looking for (fall detection, direct calling with emergency services)

Still not received device after multiple calls.Told today credit card was declined but no one ever called me.Disconnected after being sent to survey which was not requested.Hoping it works for me but not very optimstic at this point.quoted 1 price at initial sales call and being charged something else.Was told $99 fee was waived.Not signing agreement yet for product not received

The representative was extremely knowledgeable, and polite. I would have liked to have had a better idea of the cost on my part earlier on in the conversation rather than waiting later on to find out what my insurance would cover.

My experience

I placed the order for LifeStation and I saw the charges (Subscription) were duplicated. I called customer service today and found out they cancelled the order. No one called me to inform that the order was cancelled. They had to start the order from scratch. Meanwhile, my mom fell twice this week. Now, I have to wait for the equipment to ship. I requested expedited shipping. They can only prioritize my order ahead of other -- no expedited shipping. Update after initial review: I got a call from Lifestation after review. They sent my mom sidekick via next day area. Much appreciated. My mom is now wearing her pendant. I feel better. Thank you!

After several emails with Ava from customer service over the past few days I finally made a decision to call the company and speak in depth with a representative. After a very informative conversation with customer service representative Thomas I chose to order this particular medical alert system. He was quite knowledgeable describing in detail from 'soup to nuts' the process of purchasing one that was best for my fairly active lifestyle.
