LifeStation is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Sherry was an excellent representative for Life Station. She took the time to listen to our needs and explain the different levels of service. She answered questions clearly and really listened. We originally purchased LifeStation because we thought it was covered by insurance, however, we learned that it only is covered with a "Care Card" so the insurance company said we'd have to switch plans in order to get the care card. the price is still reasonable, however, now we have to go through the steps to see if its worth switching insurance plans to cover the LifeStation unit.
