My experience
I placed the order for LifeStation and I saw the charges (Subscription) were duplicated. I called customer service today and found out they cancelled the order. No one called me to inform that the order was cancelled. They had to start the order from scratch. Meanwhile, my mom fell twice this week. Now, I have to wait for the equipment to ship. I requested expedited shipping. They can only prioritize my order ahead of other -- no expedited shipping. Update after initial review: I got a call from Lifestation after review. They sent my mom sidekick via next day area. Much appreciated. My mom is now wearing her pendant. I feel better. Thank you!
