LifeStation watch was purchased 02/02/25. Twice it wouldn't activate after tapping the face. Called cust svc, and it was restarted. I was told to charge the watch for 2 hours every day. However a selling point for the watch was that it only needed to be charged 2 hours every 5 days.

Did not disclose when ordered that I would have to pay for device plus monthly service fee that's why I cancelled and had them put money back on my card.lus after seeing charges and after I told the guy in phone I could not afford the device or monthly charges for it and wanted to cancel he assured me it was cancelled and money would be back in my card and so far that was a lie and now I have to wait for device to be mailed to me and return it before I can get refund

LifeStation was the first company to contact me by phone after my online inquiry through Consumer Affairs. Another medical alert service telephoned me nearly an hour later after concluding my purchase of medical alert product and service agreement via Life Station. LifeStation has a 1300-foot radius VS another service with 800-foot radius. LifeStation Company also specified return of my unused service dollars.
While I do appreciate honesty about other companies, I just hope your representative was honest and not just down-talking another company that I was considering. Also, my bank account has been charged but do not yet have my device. I hope my service does NOT commence for payment and service date purposes until I receive the device.

The lady I talked to was very clear and explained every thing about how the watch worked and answered all my question about the montering service and how it works. She took a lot of time to explain and no sales pitch which was most helpful. She also pointed the payment plans. I would do business with her again.
