The man Justin that I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and didn’t lead me to things I didn’t want. I would totally recommend lifeline to anyone

I don't think I should have been told that I have until Friday and on Thursday the 22nd it was in the bank and set up to be deducted from my account at 2 am so I didn't have a chance to let them know that I was not going to try the device. After I talked with someone I said I could not go with a company that I cannot trust. After this extremely upsetting incident they were able to help me obtain the device that I am wishing that will be the best device for me. I appreciate that they were willing to help me obtain the device that will be free for a month but I will have to pay $30 for the device per month. That's what I think is not only good customer service but a company that is that is worth trying. I'm hoping that everything is going to be a lot better than how it started out. I'm a manager so I know how to watch out for bad customer service and toxic companies. Thank you for helping me get the device that I really need. Hope you're having a good day.
The agent was very knowledgeable. She was kind and caring. I feel comfortable with my mother wearing this, that a response will occur if needed.

Just about everything from a promised call following day for payment, that never happened. Not given quoted price..told I wouldn't be charged yet and was immediately. To days passing and nothing, reached out only to he told my payment had been declined.....and it wasn't. Yep....not a great start

My payment was processed and 6 days later the device has not shipped. Customer service was no help. I was told that it would be 24-48 hours before a member of management would contact me.
Once I got over the fact that Aetna doesn’t seem like fall monitoring devices aren’t important to cover for their elderly that live alone. After that things went smoothly.
