I was looking for information for my mother. A representative named Sherry gave me all the information,and all my questions were answered. This sales rep.sold me.

It was a very easy process. The customer care person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient with me, this wearable device, which is a watch will be very helpful to me being as though that I am a fall Risk and the cost monthly is very easy to deal with financially.

The person I spoke to was very informative and friendly,but professional. She answered all my questions quickly. Informed me of the way the wristband works and where I can use it in the country. Even works in the shower when wet. Useful to help give peace of mind when home or away for medical emergencies.

Watch is large and cumbersome. Easy to read , charges well overnight. Letter says not to return . Do not believe you have people to call and does not tell me how if I can press button and who does this contact? Is it a 911 system?
