Sherry in customer service was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about all the products and whereas I had previously evaluated a pendant she determined that the watch was better for my case. I was told that the pendant be within 6 inches of my ICD inserted cardio defibrillator and-addition, I have a pacemaker. So there could be be a strong possibility that could interfere with my ICD. She converted me over to a watch, which actually has more features than the pendantand we’ll see how that works out.
They took my money without authorization. I had called them on April 28 and I told them that I was doing this for my brother who had five strokes and they needed my credit card so that I can hold until I got back with them and I told him do not submit this until I speak with my brother I was going today to speak with him, which is May 7 and they still took the money and now they’re said they sent out the unit and I have to wait to get it and I have to mail it back and then they will give me my money back I will never recommend this company very upset.

Explained options. Was knowledgeable. Only thing that was difficult is they spoke so fast from 'script' sometimes you couldn't keep up. Had to re-ask a couple times to make sure I understood correctly so that I could make the right choice for us. Outcome was satisfactory. Have already recommended to a friend.
