I ordered this two weeks ago and still have not received my medical alert. I am beginning to feel this co.pa y is more concerned with getting their money than the customer.

Customer service was great - very clear information about what was available, no aggressive sales, answered questions clearly and was empathetic to customer needs
Everything was explained in detail and a choice was easy to make based on that information
We order equipment, was lost in the mail. Took over a month to receive it. Then was told it would cost my mother shipping to send back and get her money back. This was March 25th. After at least 6 phone calls we still have not gotten her money back. Some of the worst customer service ever.
They do a great job. I fell at midnight and they got ahold of EMT and they were here in 15 minutes. They also contacted people on my list. It paid for itself last night. I highly recommend them. Customer service is very good and helpful. A good company with people from the USA that speak excellent English.
