Customer Service Representatives That Need To Be Trained Better

I don't think I should have been told that I have until Friday and on Thursday the 22nd it was in the bank and set up to be deducted from my account at 2 am so I didn't have a chance to let them know that I was not going to try the device. After I talked with someone I said I could not go with a company that I cannot trust. After this extremely upsetting incident they were able to help me obtain the device that I am wishing that will be the best device for me. I appreciate that they were willing to help me obtain the device that will be free for a month but I will have to pay $30 for the device per month. That's what I think is not only good customer service but a company that is that is worth trying. I'm hoping that everything is going to be a lot better than how it started out. I'm a manager so I know how to watch out for bad customer service and toxic companies. Thank you for helping me get the device that I really need. Hope you're having a good day.
