Not off to a good start

To start with the phone number on the website didn’t work, and finally got through with a different number and ordered the device. After two days the device hasn’t shipped and there telling me 7-10 days? This is a medical device I need now. Not a good start

I am having second thoughts...when I asked about it on the phone, first I was told $50 per month; I said No I don't want to pay that so never mind,, then it was immediately changed to $35 or $30, I don't know which. I just went ahead with it but you must know that others are $19 per month if any......and they include Fall Notice...so I need to cancel this and go on with my life.I have been waiting to get a new one and was satisfied with yours since I had it before for several years....never needed to use it though!
