Thomas was able to answer my questions easily and knew his stuff. He was courteous. When I gave him information, he repeated it back to double check that it was correct.
My sister ordered the unit and was very pleased with the service. I called in and spoke with James. He was very pleasant and very informative. He was also very patient. I have not received my unit yet but I'm looking forward to using it.

Original purchase a couple of weeks ago, all appeared to go well, but no delivery. Called to see why the delay, rep checked, said never sent due to credit card decline. If declined (which was surprising to me) should have been brought up at time of transaction, but was not, assumed transaction was successful. I was never advised that it was not, never told no shipment. Had I not called, still wouldn’t have known.
