I was very pleased with the agent who helped me. He asked me to follow him on my computer and walked through the product I was buying, right down to specs for the smart watch. He was knowledgeable about all the products and after getting an idea of what I really wanted, he worked with me to accomplish that. Although I hope I don’t need to, the 100% satisfactory guarantee cinched the sale

Medical alert on the go for both of us

Hello, They called me. It is for both of us on the go. It is very very helpful so we won't fall down in our apartment too. Or on the go Thank you, medical alert. Original purchase a couple of weeks…

Original purchase a couple of weeks ago, all appeared to go well, but no delivery. Called to see why the delay, rep checked, said never sent due to credit card decline. If declined (which was surprising to me) should have been brought up at time of transaction, but was not, assumed transaction was successful. I was never advised that it was not, never told no shipment. Had I not called, still wouldn’t have known.
