Sales Rep. (Oscar) was very informative and helpful in answering all our questions. The installer (Harold) was very professional and efficient. We did have a water pressure issue after installation and customer service was quick to send a tech to check out the problem.

I had the reverse osmosis system installed. About a month later the faucet housing came loose. I called the main branch in Rochester, NY , actually talked to a real person and she said I’d get a call back Friday or Monday. I actually got the call back on Sunday from Michael Rousan who scheduled to come out the next day. He was very professional, personable and thorough. He problem solved the issue and called the warehouse and ordered a replacement faucet which he brought out the next morning and installed. I also asked that the taste cartridge be replaced for the “no taste” vs. mineral taste. Not a problem , done. I also appreciate that the company was quick to respond - I feel like a valued customer.

I saw an ad for Leaf Home water and wondered about price and quality of a water softener. My existing one was done for a while but I didn’t know what I was going to do about replacing it. Although they can’t give any estimates without someone coming to the house, Brett came out quickly on my schedule and explained everything I needed to know to make a good decision with no pressure. It was more than I wanted to spend but I like that it’s all American made direct with no middle man. Financing was easy. John came out to install same day. He was fabulous and really knew his stuff. the installer was polite but lack of experience, told us will take 45 minutes to install but took him 6hrs, didn't have the proper tools for protecting the floors, nor the tools if an accident would arise, sure enough Mr. John did not have the proper screws to install the UV/filter on the wall it fill off the first time so I provided him with 3" construction screws and 2x6 to install from stud to stud,2nd did not tight the filter so when he filled the system with water it fooled the finished basement hence the floor is wood so you can imagine, he did not have rags or shop vac which I provided for him and helped him, the company did not provide me with W-9 nor COI, sales man Ray very slick, never reported the incident nor my request of the W-9 and COI and kept telling me he did until called customer service and found out he did not stay away from this company and Ray the salesman we paid double thinking we are getting Mecedes we got Mazda

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Marisa Edwards and Leaf Home Water Solutions. Just moved into our new home in Avalon Park West in Wesley Chapel. The tech that installed our unit did a very good job. It looked nice once he was done with it. What is needed next is a water test again to assure us that the nitrate level is way down compared to what it was to start with that caused us to install this unit.

The installing service tech, David C arrived, introduced himself, verified that I was expecting an install, and asked o look the home over so that he could plan his work. 100% professional! He unloaded the materials and his tools into our garage to make the water softener system ready to put in place and got right to work. He had to run piping from our shutoff in the crawl space to the equipment location in our utility room. Once that was done, he shut off water and about 10 minutes later everything was back on and he was testing the system. Showed me how he was setting everything up and professionally walked me through what I would need to know and what type of salt to buy. Highly satisfied!!! If David C shows up at your door, you are in great hands! Thanks for everything.
