The technician was on time and did the install in a couple of hours. He explained the system to me. He cleaned everything up before he left.

I have called twice to determine if a very loud noise in the middle of the night was from the system. I have not received a return call to set up an appointment. Nothing. Very poor communication

The system, after seeing it installed in the house, feels that I overpaid. The installation went smoothly but next morning we had water all over the garage ( the drain line backed up overnight).

On time, professional, friendly, good product knowledge and did a nice job and cleaned up as well. We are very pleased at how clean our water is. I love how my skin, hair feel and even our three cats like the water. I no longer have to buy gallon jugs of purified water for cooking pasta or potatoes and for our cats’ water bowl! Yay! 😀

Brady was apparently well experienced in these installations. I was very comfortable with his deminor. And knowledge. The equipment was installed properly from my perspective.

Dustin in sales was very pleasant and knowledgeable. System professionally installed when it was suppose to be installed. System appears to be working fine. No surprises.

The young man Julio that installed our unit was great. The man who sold it to us was very nice and polite but not completely straight about the 7 year warranty and about how much salt it would take and it was a bit pricey.

We just had a water filtration system installed by Leaf Home water solutions (WCHA01381)for our well water. The contractor, Brad Hoke did an outstanding job and provided us information on how it operates and what maintenance (add salt) would be needed. Very happy with the install and highly recommend company.

This company is a joke. Bought it a couple years ago and the water still leaves orange all over my bathroom from our well water. The water is ok, but pretty alkaline.... The cost is awful! Nearly $6000 for the system and $650+ for yearly maintenance! When asked last year how much it was yearly, I was told it was $300 per year. That is not too bad, but $650--That's getting a bit pricey for every year on top of having it financed! Apparently, they aren't open about how much the ACTUAL yearly cost is until you have it in for over a year. Really think about this as a water treatment if you want to not be in debt for the rest of your lives to a semi decent water treatment.

The sales person explained everything, tested the water, the Plummer very professional and explained everything we had question on. I really appreciated this company to do such a great job for us.

The gentlemen were very polite and explained everything very well. The installer was very efficient and cleaned up everything very thoroughly. Worked hard done good job. Very good company and it started working quickly and is being enjoyed. Sure saves on soap that I use in washer and washing dishes. No more hard water buildup.we had a question on drain situation, called the help line and lady was so polite and helpful. Answered our question very well. So far very happy with everything. The water is different in a good way. But think the price is way too high for 2 tanks of stuff and no electrical controller.

This company is a complete scam. They will try and quote you as high as possible and promise next day install, make you buy a bunch of crap you dont actually need because the fraudulently show you a "water test" ( i had 2 independent tests agree with eachother and were night and day from what leaf claims to have found) They finally showed up 2 weeks later in a rusted out s-10 with some slime ball 3 hours later and he had the nerve to cuss out my wife because i went to work and called to cancel. my time is important, and if you cannot respect that, i will not do business with you. The guy was irate and threw his tools in the back of his truck and peeled out speeding off. dodged a bullet on that one. I hired a local company to come put in a system for less than 1/3 their original quote, with free maintenance and salt for a year. Leaf will promise the world and then nickle and dime you after they get you locked in. Stay away.... To add: this was over a year ago and they reach out monthly to see if im still "interested"... I started politely and asked to be removed from their list and informed them i had already purchased and am using another system, so i have no need for anything from them. Just got another call today. I was not as polite.

The salesman, Charlie, informed me about Leaf, tested my water, and laid out all the data in a logical manner. He outlined the system for my well water, and gave me a price guaranteed for 1 year. Sensing my hesitation he gave me a best and final price. I decided to get this taken care of now.
