I found Leafhome online, scheduled someone to come out next day. Ed Torierro showed up at 7:30pm next day. Sell was good, he was detail and fun. He did water test and all that. over an hour later, he suggested we get water softener this time. cost $5221. We agreed. signed. We have 5 days to change our mind. Installer called and wanted to come out 3 days earlier than scheduled time. The installer was great. He spend few hours, went to home depot get board. Everything was great. system started running on Oct 5th around 1pm. 4 days later, i checked and see that there are still white spots on my sink dish tray. I took pic sent to Edward, asking him why. He said ti take couple of days. I told him it had been 4 days. He said to be patience, and keep in touch. I was out of town for 4 days weekends. came back on 10/15. everything still the same. still ton sof white spots from water dried. i took pic again, sent to Edward. no response. waited until Wed 10/16, messaged him again, nothing. i was frustrated. I told him that it has been 10 days, nothing change in my water. I told him this is scam. Thursday 10/17, today came, not hear back from Edward. so I called. I called like 3 or 4 times, he didn't pick up. But he replied to my txt. we txted back and forth( I still have whole conversation). He said I treated him like a child; he is professional ... then he said to me " go talk to service, I don't' want to talk to you anymore, good luck". I guess once you got the money, the conversation changed. I spent over $5k. I expecting something. I was trying to contact him. He did tell me to keep in touch. If he busy just send me quick reply . so basically i still think this is somewhat scam. they got my money, i didn't get what they promised. and tell me to talk to service with "good luck". really.

Brendan White was our salesman. He was very professional and personable. We were “ thirsty” for information on what systems you have that would mesh with our needs. He took the time to explain, which was appreciated. Jordan “the turtle guy” was our installer. He was dedicated to his task and it was completed sooner than we expected. He even adjusted my faucet when he noticed it was sticking. Nice guy! We are loving our new system! Thank you Team Leaf!

Everything was great from the seller (Russ) to our installer (Mike). Both were extremely nice people and answered all my questions.

The Leaf Home technicians were professional, courteous and patient. We both had a lot of questions and they answered all of them to our satifaction.

We have had the system - carbon multi- stage/ water softener/UV System since 2021. The major reason was to remove high sulfer ( rotten egg smell) out of our water - along with some hardness. The system works good. Only concern is that the carbon tanks had to be replaced after 2 1/2 years because it wasn’t removing the sulfer - the company was responsive , but the question is - Will this be an ongoing concern - having to replace so soon - especially for the premium money we paid for system

Bashar (sales) and Paul (installation) were outstanding. So far, the system has worked well and as promised. It is great to have an awesome experience like this.

Initial scheduled install no one showed up after I waited all day. With no phone call. I had to call and find out what was going on. Second install missing pieces. Tech had to take an hr to go back to office and get part. I have no information on system other than warranty card. Do not know what and when future maintenance is needed. Tech had little knowledge of system other than how to install.

It was ok except the faucet that was installed was not the right,was promise that it would be replace,and as 10 16 2024 it has not been replaced

Few essential operation points were explained. We would have liked little more explanations about the usage of the raw water and the filtered water and how it affects our plants and the lawn.

Delivered and installed very quickly and efficiently. Took old water softener to the curb.

Appointment made right away. Service Tech Jerry Schumpart called in advance, was prompt and very knowledgeable about our system. He was thorough and explained every aspect of the system. He brought the requested owners manual. Good service backing a good product.

Sales person Ray was professional and informative ,the installer Rusty Eubank was on time did a very neat job explained the system operation clearly and professionally . Cleaned up area before he left .
