All around great experience

I recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From contract finalization to installation, everything was done within 24 hours. Rusty, the installer, was professional, efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner. He not only set up the systems flawlessly but also gave me a comprehensive overview of how to use and maintain them. Rusty made sure I understood the maintenance steps, like regularly checking and replacing the filters for the reverse osmosis system and using the right salt for the water softener to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, he pointed out some related maintenance work that might be necessary due to prior damage caused by hard water, such as descaling faucets and keeping an eye on appliances that might have built-up mineral deposits over time. Overall, the service was excellent, and I'm already noticing a difference in my water quality. Highly recommend!

The installer Ron is very disingenuous and a liar and don't tell the truth. He told me he contacted the Contractor for us so the Contractor can test my water day of install cause Ron stated that he dont test water and Ron came back in my house and stated he didn't get in contact with the Contractor Sean. Then when I started calling up demanding that someone come out to test my water Ron give me a call and then tell me about a 3 day Contract that neither him nor the Contractor ever mentioned about and Ron said over the phone I cannot Cancel my Contract and the Bank stated I can. Ron tried to disrespect me over the phone and tell me to lower my voice as a customer especially when he is a dirty liar who turn around and told me he called and spoke to the Contractor Sean yet he told me he never spoke to him cause Sean never answered the phone. These workers are all trash and need schooling on how to treat the customer straight up as a customer first, yet they make you last when the company get your money! Plus Leaf Home Water filter company has lots of BBB complaints against them!

Salesperson was quite knowledgeable and had collected all the data to convince us that our drinking water needed filtration. It was especially important to filter out the plastic that appears in tap drinking water and water contained in plastic bottles. Our plumbing did not allow a whole house filtration but the sophisticated reverse osmosis system installed is filtering out a significant amount of unwanted chemicals and particulate matter. The gague which is part of the system indicates how pure the water is. When the amount is not zero we we collect the water in a garden sprinkler can to water house plants.

very good service and a well knowledge of installation

Regis explained everything about the Leaf Home systems and I appreciated the water testing demonstration that confirmed what I suspected about my city water. There was definitely a taste and smell and hardness to the water in my new townhouse. Tyler did the installation and did a wonderful job, he was quick and efficient and explained everything before he left.

I'm very happy with my water system, but it was very expensive specially with the outrageous interes...

Sales person was phenomenal. Not 100 perfect sure I got the best pricing but the sales person made the deal. Install was the very next day (which was also amazing). Install guy was fast and efficient but didn’t leave me with the extra salt I was promised during sales call, said he knew nothing about it. Also was entirely clueless on anything about the unit itself. Could answer absolutely no questions I had and told me he was just a contractor but didn’t know anything about water softener units or how to use them. That was strange Overall, easy experience and would recommend the company just more trained contractors.

Dan installed our water softener had no issues everything seems to work he got it installed quickly and we were not without water for very long

The company as a wholeis very professional and knowledgeable. They offered me a solution to elevate my concerns with the quality of water we had and help us eliminate waste in buying bcases of bottled water regularly

The installer for my soft water system and RO filter was Mike Farmer. Mike was very punctual and arrived at the agreed upon time. He was very knowledgeable and his skill was very obvious as he made my installation. I appreciated the availability of a qualified installer, which proves that Leaf Home Water Solutions is fully staffed and available for service.

On time for install and great price.

Install was fast. Noticeably different water in my house now. Showers are much more pleasant and no foul iron/manganese smell. Love it so far!!!

Our experience starting with the CS Rep setting our appointment to Sales and Install was so smooth, efficient and professional. When our Home Water Specialist came to test our water and give us our free estimate, he was truthful and professional taking the time to listen to our needs. The Installer was very professional and polite he did a fantastic job installing the new system. He was very careful bringing everything in for the new unit and taking out the old and cleaning up the area when he was completed. When he finished he explained everything to me how the system operates and what to expect in the first few days of operation. He provided me with the CS phone number for any future needs and answered all of my questions. We highly recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions.
