Todd was a great installer. He communicated well to place the unit where it would be out of the way, but easily accessible for maintenance. We also had a leak on one of the components that did not come completely tight from the factory, we called late afternoon/evening to let them know, and he was out first thing the morning after we called about the leak to look at the system. Quality system and very happy with install and the overall experience with Leaf so far.

Very fast to come out and test our water. The representative was very thorough and informative on the results and didn't try to over sell. He explained what we actually needed. The install went flawlessly and the installer was very helpful in giving information and explaining what he was doing. It was a quick process and looks very professional.

The installer Charles was very professional and efficient and did an excellent quality work. I see the results immediately after the installation. I am very satisfied with the company and the water quality I am getting form the system. For me, it is a peace on mind to know I have a company who take care of their products.

We moved to North Port FL in February of 2023 and Steve come out checked or water helped us to understand what we really needed and referred Dustin to us to come out and provide us with the correct tanks and they both have been do good to us. Today we couldn't figure out why we didn't have water and they answered our call and had us taken care within minutes. We are so thankful for them both.

Just had my water softner and reverse osmosis systems installed today. Vincent was helpful in preparing the site for installation, even moving some heavy items and cutting a long pvc pipe to make room. He explained everything and was very professional. I'm excited to have drinkable water straight from my sink!

Company can improve by shuttering its doors for good. Had a system installed a year ago and it is time for a uv bulb replacement, guess what bulb is not available online so I paid $400 to have the entire system serviced and have had zero contact with them since! I would not waste your time with this company.

First let me say that we did not end up getting the system recommended by our rep, Brad Arnot. Nothing to do with him at all. Second, let me just say how much we enjoyed Brad and his service. He was cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and just a down right good man. If you end up getting him, you will be in good hands. ( if you want a discount just talk about RV’s. J/k). Leaf Home Water solutions has been around for over 20 years and has over 200 franchises across the country. They are legit and have a good competitive product. For various reasons, by no fault of Brads, we were just mot able to make a deal we could live with. Thanks Brad and LHWS for the education and professionalism. We recommend giving them a call!

Great installation and easy financing

Peter did An Amazing presentation, Service and water systems. I can now enjoy clean chemical free soft water for my entire Home and protect my family at the same time.

Installer was very efficient and everything was cleaned up.

John Donovan was the sales rep, and I was very impressed. He was personable and professional. I had not expected to make a decision that day (was planning to meet with 1 or 2 other companies), but I did. Our system was installed within the week, and we are very pleased that the tanks take up little space, and I especially like the additional filtration system under the sink with the faucet that shows a digital read of the ppm flowing through. The installers were great, too. I now have peace of mind about the 'health' of our water pipes and our bodies, and, I no longer have to buy a case of 'spring water' every week. Our system was installed in September, and I wanted to wait a month before writing about our experience with the install and the product.
