I tried and gave up

I have tried my best not to give a negative review but I honestly feel there is no other option now. Long story but here goes. We purchased our system two years ago. The salesman was very nice and convincing. One time while it was under warranty, they had to come out and repair it. Well, recently it stopped working and had an E2 code. Easy fix, unplug for 5 minutes, plug back in and good to go. Now, that didn't work so we called for repairs. First young fellow came out. He was very nice but hated the heat in Florida. So he walks up to softener and sees the code and says that it wont take a minute for this. All you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in. I told him i had already tried that and didn't work. He not to worry, that he would check all my settings and it would be fine. He does his thing, I pay him $125 and he is on his way. He told us to call him if there was a problem. The next day the code came back so I called him. He said he would have to talk to his boss and get back to me. He never did call us back on three attempts. We called the main number and the lady took down our information. She said someone locally would contact me. A week goes by, no contact. I call the main office back. She says he will notify us and gave us his number. I called him and we finally talked. This was last week and he said he would come out on Tuesday of this week. It's Wednesday and we are still waiting. I called him this morning and will be waiting for his call.
