I had the reverse osmosis system installed. About a month later the faucet housing came loose. I called the main branch in Rochester, NY , actually talked to a real person and she said I’d get a call back Friday or Monday. I actually got the call back on Sunday from Michael Rousan who scheduled to come out the next day. He was very professional, personable and thorough. He problem solved the issue and called the warehouse and ordered a replacement faucet which he brought out the next morning and installed. I also asked that the taste cartridge be replaced for the “no taste” vs. mineral taste. Not a problem , done. I also appreciate that the company was quick to respond - I feel like a valued customer.
