the installer was polite but lack of experience, told us will take 45 minutes to install but took him 6hrs, didn't have the proper tools for protecting the floors, nor the tools if an accident would arise, sure enough Mr. John did not have the proper screws to install the UV/filter on the wall it fill off the first time so I provided him with 3" construction screws and 2x6 to install from stud to stud,2nd did not tight the filter so when he filled the system with water it fooled the finished basement hence the floor is wood so you can imagine, he did not have rags or shop vac which I provided for him and helped him, the company did not provide me with W-9 nor COI, sales man Ray very slick, never reported the incident nor my request of the W-9 and COI and kept telling me he did until called customer service and found out he did not stay away from this company and Ray the salesman we paid double thinking we are getting Mecedes we got Mazda
