They showed up on time, went to work straight away and were done in a few hours… the system has forever changed our water back to what it was in New York.

We just had it installed so I can't speak to longevity regarding the product but the immediate impact of the taste of the water was improved the since installation. I couldn't drink it before and now i enjoy a glass of water all the time. Installation was perfect and the installer was professional and did a great job. We ended up not doing an in-ground pipe installation because we didn't want to tear up our plants which was less expensive. I called the sales person (David) who immediately reduced our cost. This is a company that goes the extra mile, I do think the cost is a bit higher than most but I don't feel it wasn't worth it.

My experience was truly wonderful because Steve shows his knowledge of the product with all its advantages for the home and family. The technician's installation was spectacular although I don't remember his name. I feel grateful for this service.

We had no plan to change our system. The salesman was too convincing!

The sales person and installer upheld their part of the sales and service. The only part was the lack of communication between scheduling for the service. Was told one thing, changed without communication with the client.

Deceiving sales. I purchased a full water solution with the reverse osmosis and the sales person said there will be a 200 annual service fee. I called them just now for service and they said $650. WOW!! if that is not deceiving . if i knew this information i would not have gone with them. Total BS and Scam. Please be careful with this company.
