We had a great sales experience today with Kevin Brown of Leaf Water home solutions. Kevin started off being very courteous and personable, and continued with the presentation and the testing. He drew on his subject matter expertise and delivered a very clear explanation at each step. The result was a high degree of confidence in Kevin and what he was telling us. It was a pleasure speaking with Kevin and doing business with Leaf Water through Kevin‘s experience.

He didn’t try to sell what made him more money but what met our needs for a reasonable price.

Tony was our installer he was very nice easy and knowledgeable about his job and answered all questions and explained how to check and do various things about the system and if anything went wrong where and who to communicate any problems if I need to very good installer one of best I have had work for us

Excellent results after installation water in home much improved but needed follow up adjustment which was done and now better than ever!! Highly recommend Leaf water home filtration as premier company and glad i chose them

Install was painless. Guys where very professional & took about an hour. We bought a filter & softener system for our terrible well water. I let all the faucets run to get all the air out of the system & flushed out the water heater & did a wash/flush for the washer. My 1st shower was crazy different. I could feel the difference in the water. Due to us having so many minerals & sulfur, I will wait a while to try to consume anything from the tap but as of now I am hopeful this is the economic solution we have been looking for.

Salesmanager was well educated & answered all questions. Installer was efficient & neat.

I left some feedback with the service representative when I called on my installation of WPHX00825. the installer on 7 November was late and did not call to notify me. I had to call to see where he was at when he did not show up in the morning. All the pluming was already done from my existing water filter system so it was a simple job. The real problem started when my wife noticed a lot of carbon in the bath tub. I Texted Jeff Stirzl the sales person on 12 Nov 3 times and emailed him also with no response. On 13 Nov I called him and said to call customer service. Don't understand why he could not tell me that the previous day. If you have access to the customer service reps notes it is all there. I then received a call from Kyle the afternoon of the 13th and he said the carbon usually takes two weeks to clean out, but he would come see me on 19 Nov since he could not get out to Tucson AZ till then. The carbon has cleared up but had the installer or Jeff told me that my expectations would have been different. I'm not happy with my experience. I'm in the market for another system for my Colorado home next week but not sure I will use Leaf Home Water Solutions again.

Kyle Whitehead was our installer, and he did his job very well and explained everything to us when he was done. Cleaned up after himself and the install looks great, clean and organized. I highly recommend having Kyle do your installation. Very nice gentleman and show a lot of knowledge in the product and how to get the job done.

The sales person was easy to deal with knew right away what was need the installation was breeze and very happy with the whole house system worth the cost IMHO.

Quick service, returned the next day to replace defective part.

Installation was quick and professionally done. Person showed up when scheduled and completed the work and cleaned up before he left. Only issue is the dang things are so expensive.

Not good! System been installed for a month still having problems. Can’t seem to get it right. Water not the quality we were promised.

The sales rep was great at explaining the need for a water system for our home. Install was a little troublesome, but once we were up and running the water has been great!

Ty Perry, our installer, for our Leaf Home Water Solutions did an excellent job in setting up our system. He explained in detail how it works and how it is expected to perform. Before he left he made sure everything was installed properly with no leaks. The service was prompt and so far is performing as promised.

They made it very easy to get a new water system. Best decision we ever made

Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the product and really stressed the value and benefits of the system. The installation was seem less and the technician was very professional.

The gentleman who set up my system, David, was courteous and knowledgable. He was not pushy or anything of that sort. It was a please speaking with him.
