Expectations not communicated
I left some feedback with the service representative when I called on my installation of WPHX00825. the installer on 7 November was late and did not call to notify me. I had to call to see where he was at when he did not show up in the morning. All the pluming was already done from my existing water filter system so it was a simple job. The real problem started when my wife noticed a lot of carbon in the bath tub. I Texted Jeff Stirzl the sales person on 12 Nov 3 times and emailed him also with no response. On 13 Nov I called him and said to call customer service. Don't understand why he could not tell me that the previous day. If you have access to the customer service reps notes it is all there. I then received a call from Kyle the afternoon of the 13th and he said the carbon usually takes two weeks to clean out, but he would come see me on 19 Nov since he could not get out to Tucson AZ till then. The carbon has cleared up but had the installer or Jeff told me that my expectations would have been different. I'm not happy with my experience. I'm in the market for another system for my Colorado home next week but not sure I will use Leaf Home Water Solutions again.
