My experience was good Sam my installer…

My experience was good Sam my installer was wonderful. He was not made aware of the difficulties of my installation. He took the situation in stride and got the job done. It took all day and a couple of trips to Home Depot Sam got the job done with smile. Thank you Sam

Their filtration system isn’t working

So I had them initially come out and do a water test I was out of town so my wife was home and this is the house we just purchased. I already had a brand new water softener system in place, but it wasn’t active and so the tech gave my wife the numbers for my well water off the system that wasn’t active And so then he insisted that their carbon fiber filter system can get rid of the smell and make things better so my wife purchased the carbon filter system and the salesman said that we will not be charged until he comes back out and rerun test making sure the system was functioning as promised they cashed the money immediately the next day and never came back out. The water still has a strong rotten egg smell so I call it the service tech to come out and they re-ran the test the water coming out of my brand new water softener was in spec and then he ran a test of the water coming out of their filtration system and there was no change but in a couple areas by one point and water still smelled horrible. I asked them to come and get their system out of my house and refund me. my money has been 3 1/2 weeks and nobody has returned my call such rude customer service. They treat their client like trash. We are spending thousands of dollars on their system and they blatantly disregard us and disrespect us. Enough is enough. I’m looking into starting a class action lawsuit because there’s hundreds of us across the Abroad that are being treated like they don’t mean anything

Initially disappointed

Initially disappointed! I was told that the installer would be at my residence between 8-12. At 10:15 I called to ask what time I could expect the installer, was told he's on his way. Give him about 45 minutes. So, once again at 12:15, I called and asked when can I expect the installer. Was told about 45 minutes. The installer showed up at 1:30. The installer was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how and where the system would be installed. At the end of the day I was satisfied with the company

Unfortunately the system is not…

Unfortunately the system is not working. After numerous calls to their service department a repair tech was sent out. He had no idea how to fix the problem and left with the promise that someone would be in touch today to send a more qualified technician out. Two days later no response from anyone at leaf home water solutions. Unacceptable!

Prices are way up there.

The anual maintenance charges are over the roof. And costumer service sucks. Just stay away from this company. They just don't care.

Outstanding from start to finish!

The sale was a very good experience. I never felt any pressure to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman did not oversell what we needed. The installation was outstanding. Victor was very professional and did an outstanding job. He was here for most of the day and I never felt like he was cutting corners or trying to rush our job. It was larger than most I suspect and he took his time and it was an outstanding job well done.

Brenden the sales rep was right on time…

Brenden the sales rep was right on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He arranged for installation the very next day. Kevron came the next day and installed the unit. Both gentlemen were great to deal with. Both were very friendly and courteous.

Polite, Informative, Professional,

Angie was very informative even though she was 5 hours late and didn’t call until a half hour before she showed up. Personally, I would have like her to excuse herself for a few minutes, and call me to tell me she was running late. I almost cancelled. When Mike came to the door, even though his shoes were dry, he still took the time to wipe them on our rug. He was on time, polite, and I enjoyed talking with Mike. He was intelligent and we talked on several topics. He was great at explaining what and why he was doing things. I could tell he was caring and took pride in his work. Several times he asked me how I’d like things. Since I was new to this, I wasn’t sure and asked him how he would do it. He would explain what the company’s requirements were, and if it were his place, he’d take a little more time and do it a better way. Even though he got paid by the job, he didn’t mind taking the extra time and making it more convenient for me. I would be happy to have him back anytime. With his knowledge and skill, he might make a great salesman? May I make a suggestion of how you can be more productive, take less installation time, save you money, give your installers the ability to make more money, and not cost you a cent? Mike and I figured out a way that could work, but since I have worked in marketing for over 40 years and knew more about the players and how to put you all together, he thought I could explain it better I used to work with a man who managed a sheltered workshop. He explained all the financial benefits and savings a business could have by using them. Talking with Mike I learned that every water system has that H looking pattern of valves attached to the wall, and they were all similar and could be made in advance. Mike said sometimes on weekends he makes some to use during the week. He also said that he used a higher grade of equipment then he has heard other use? Here is a win, win, win situation. Find a sheltered workshop to put that piece together. You could mass buy your parts to get the price down, you could guarantee the same quality across the system. You could sell them to your employees or contractors for less than they are paying for the piece concept and you might be able to even make some money there. But even if you break even, you will have decreased the time of installation. By increasing their productivity time by a half hour is like giving them a raise. If it takes them their normal amount of install time, less even 15 minutes that’s like a small raise. Mike said I was his 3rd install of the day and had one more. If that project could save 15 to 30 minutes per install, that’s an hour tow two hours a day you are saving your employees. That’s giving them a raise without costing you a cent. Would you please tell Mike he accidentally left his hooded sweatshirt here. Have him call me and can pick it up next time he’s in towns. Respectfully, Dennis Thompson
