Fast installation of a system which mèets my needs for cleaner water.

The water systems were thoroughly explained and the installation was professional and friendly. Very quick turn around from sale to installation. We had ours done two days later.

My installer, Henry, was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond, re-working my old system’s layout in a more thoughtful way. Water quality and softness was immediately noticeable. So glad we replaced our 10+ year old rain soft.

I strongly advise against this water solution. The annual maintenance fees are rising dramatically, putting it out of reach for average consumers; currently, the yearly maintenance cost sits at around $650, which is simply too high.

I had the Leaf Home Water Solutions company come to my home and install their water filter filtration BUT the installation of the equipment was not installed professionally and with care. The pipes were very loose and there was no installation installed to keep the pipes from freezing. When I called the manager Patrick, he agreed with me and promised to send a crew back to fix the loose piping on the wall and add installation. No one came back. I called, I texted, and I emailed and received no response back. I also called the Houston headquarters, and, on the phone, a very aggressive lady named Kathy told me that it was my problem and not theirs. This was a big disappointment because Zeach, who was the salesman promised a lot, but he lied as it was not all that he stated it would be. Everything that was promised and shown online looked professional but in reality, I would never recommend this company for their services.

My Leaf home water solutions system was installed today by Luis who did a fantastic job even when he was presented with an unforeseen obstacle. He explained everything in great detail and was an awesome professional! We appreciate the time he took to educate us on the system.

Quick and courteous service. Service Tech (Shawn) took time to explain system in a clear and concise manner.

Sale presentation thorough and detailed. Felt somewhat devalued afterwards. Did expect at least a follow-up call. Installation tech was great and provided helpful information.

The company keeps calling us and harassing us to learn about their water system when we already have a water system. I asked them to stop calling, but they continue to do so.

I had an issue with mine, but they resolved the issue with it. I'm very happy with the way it works. Thank you for being professionals!

The installer was knowledgeable and installed everything in a timely manner. Everything seem to be running well and I see a change in my water quality.
