I had my water tested by CJ , and it came back that I had hard water. So he suggested that I needed to get the system installed to fix that problem. They worked with my budget that worked for me and set a date for installation. When Matthew came to install the unit it was freezing outside and couldn't use my outside faucets. So he came back the next day which was fine with me, we can't control the outside temp, haha. We did our research and this company has the best quality, installation and service as well as a lifetime warranty! If you buy other water softener systems they will not last in your forever home. These systems can be recharged after many years for little cost and it saves you money in the long run. It will also save your appliances, plumbing and having to scrub those hard water stains off of surfaces. You’ll use less shampoo, detergents and soaps. With the charcoal attachment it does wonders for your skin and hair conditions.

Great experience with the representative that came to my home. Pointed out errors of the old system and pointed the best option for my home. Well worth the investment.

So far we like our water system but would like to have our water tested again We would have given a perfect score except when we signed our contract and paid in full we were promised a camera security system but have not received it to date. We have called our representative on three different occasions but we get the same reaction each time which is “ my boss is supposed to send you an email. We are waiting for that email please send it SOON!

Had a consultation appointment for water softener at 2:30pm today, no one showed up. I called the customer service 2:45pm to make sure the technician was not coming. The customer service came back with a new time for 4:30pm after talking to their local office, explaining they were too busy to make it. It’s 5:10pm now, no one showed up and no a message was received. I’ve just wasted whole afternoon… If they couldn’t even make it for appointments, how can their products and services be trustworthy?

Thay came on time,sit down explain what going on. And didn't take long to install. LOVE IT.

I feel like you sold me junk

The representative that came to my house on time, was very professional, knowledgeable of the product. He was a pleasure as well. The installer was on time. He explained everything he would be doing in detail. He left everything neat and clean when he left. I appreciated how I was treated. Thank you.

Addressed customer needs

Our installer Dan Davis and our sales rep Sam Bricker were so professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and fully satisfied. This was a wonderful experience and we are extremely happy with the customer service and professionalism from start to finish.

Listened to my questions and provided feedback. Service was scheduled promptly.

The installer provided excellent service, explained the installation, and removed trash. He ensured the water system worked correctly before he left, and I understood how to operate it.

Tim Flynn, our sales person was great! He tested our water then showed us the results. He was not pushy at all. As a matter of fact, he did not make the sale at the time he was at our house. He left, we called him back after we had deliberated the decision, and he returned to our house. Brad, our installer came and had the system up and running within an hour and a 1/2. He explained everything to us about our system. He showed us a phone number to call in case of issues with the system. He showed the way the water comes in from the street, flows through the system and goes back into the house. He showed the type of salt to use as well. Brad and Tim were professional, friendly and efficient. We love our water filtration system!!

Jake was prompt and went out of his way to make sure that the system was installed within the limited space available. He was very thorough in cleaning everything up and leaving the area spotless.

Our system installer, Jake, was beyond patient with not only our over friendly Great Danes but right from the start our job tested his every bit of experience and knowledge due to one issue after another that kept appearing along the way. What should have been a 3 hour job turned into a 6 hour job due to all the issues our home presented. Jake remained calm and was able to overcome all the obstacles, remaining professional and determined all the way. At job end he apologized for the length of time the job took. It was I who felt bad because he had to stay so long, especially with my dogs anxious and panting due to a stranger in their midst. Over all I would recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions. So far their customer service has been top notch. If Jake represents the kind of service one can expect from Leaf, then I have no apprehension that Leaf will stand behind their product should anything go wrong in the future.

Knowledgeable sales and installation

The installer asked us for an extension cord and left it exposed to the weather. 1st install a mess. The company sent out another installer the following day who did a much cleaner install. I would give him 5 stars. Returned our extension cord.

Had a system installed about 3 years ago -- It took over a week to get a service appointment set up . Finally got a service man to do the annually check up . Service man this past Monday and ended up cracking the end sleeve on the Ultra violet light - so the whole system is not operable now and the service man stated I would receive a call the next day -- No call the next day l and it is now Wednesday and I had to call to try and set up another service call -- Still no call when somebody will be here -- Worst Customer service so for from this company
