Their filtration system isn’t working
So I had them initially come out and do a water test I was out of town so my wife was home and this is the house we just purchased. I already had a brand new water softener system in place, but it wasn’t active and so the tech gave my wife the numbers for my well water off the system that wasn’t active And so then he insisted that their carbon fiber filter system can get rid of the smell and make things better so my wife purchased the carbon filter system and the salesman said that we will not be charged until he comes back out and rerun test making sure the system was functioning as promised they cashed the money immediately the next day and never came back out. The water still has a strong rotten egg smell so I call it the service tech to come out and they re-ran the test the water coming out of my brand new water softener was in spec and then he ran a test of the water coming out of their filtration system and there was no change but in a couple areas by one point and water still smelled horrible. I asked them to come and get their system out of my house and refund me. my money has been 3 1/2 weeks and nobody has returned my call such rude customer service. They treat their client like trash. We are spending thousands of dollars on their system and they blatantly disregard us and disrespect us. Enough is enough. I’m looking into starting a class action lawsuit because there’s hundreds of us across the Abroad that are being treated like they don’t mean anything
