Gave Kuru a try despite seldom buying shoes off the web. Well, kurus are amazing, no more foot pain and they are so well constructed. The company’s employees give tremendous service as well.

Kuru has significantly helped with my foot pain. There was a defect on one shoe, and Kuru quickly and efficiently resolved the issue much to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service, and Kuru stands behind its products.

The KURU customer service representative could not have been more helpful. She was professional and thorough, making sure I had the QR code for my return and also all needed to order another pair of KURU shoes. Absolutely wonderful and smooth experience.

I ordered a pair of Kuru shoes before Thanksgiving. I never got a purchase receipt email or tracking number, only an email with "while you're waiting on your new shoes" about breaking them in, etc. I called customer service. They said that there was a problem with the order and that they would fix it and send a confirmation email and tracking number. I did not receive it. Called the next day, and the story I got this time was "there was a strike at the factory in Canada and one at the shipping company". This time I did receive the email with the order number and tracking number, but when I type in the tracking number with UPS, it says that the label has been created but that UPS has yet to receive the shoes from the company. Unbelievably frustrating. I don't care how good their shoes are reported to be, I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

My concern was resolved quickly, there is no waiting time. Quick action, very efficient customer service. Thank you for your efforts of helping me.

I was buying shoes for my sister who has bunion problems. I love my Kuru's so much that I knew she would like them too! I unfortunately bought them a half size too big but support was so quick to replace them that I had also ordered the same shoes in a smaller size!! Who knew that they would be so fast?!?!?! I can't recommend the shoes or the company enough!

Your website is not user-friendly. It's difficult to find the chat box or a phone number. I've written emails and got no answer. When I tried to look for help, I only got windows popping open to show me more shoes. When I ordered the shoes, I typed the correct shipping address, but when I entered my credit card info, the information changed. It was important to correct that information before the shoes shipped, since they are a Christmas gift. The chat box closed on me the first time, so I had to reopen it. It took several minutes before an employee answered. It was someone named Seth. Once I explained the problem, he resolved it quickly.

I own five pairs of Kurus, with the sixth currently on its way, all which have made my feet happy for the most part. However my most recent pair the Motion Ridge, had a flaw I felt they needed to know about. They are only a couple months old and the soles are wearing thing within already. I wanted them to know a more durable sole would benefit the otherwise very comfortable stable hiker. They were super prompt in a reply and have given me a credit towards another pair of shoes, wow ! I was not looking for or expecting that but goes to show they have a great customer service team standing behind their products! I am an active 60yr old female whom has suffered with plantar fasciitis, arthritis, Raynauds, high arch, wide forefoot with a narrow heel and Kurus have prevented me from being side lined a lot !!! I am hawking them to people all the time…solicited or not! Thank you team Kuru!

Amazing shoes, great rewards program & customer service representatives! I work in childcare, am on my feet many hours a day, and have developed Plantar’s Fasciitis. Kuru has made all the difference in the world. They’re the main rotation of my shoe wardrobe, from flip flops to slip-ons to Chelsea boots. My high arches are always fully supported, and there’s plenty of shock absorption between me & the pavement, which helps a lot with the foot pain.
