I been wearing KURU shoes for 10 yrs now and I only wear KURU shoes and no other brands they're comfortable no pain even after walking all day. Love the different options I can choose from between all the seasons specially winters. Strongly recommend to anyone with foot pain.

I contacted Kuru to see if there was any chance of finding a size 8 Suomi. I was informed they are being discontinued. I shared my sadness regarding this news and asked if it is at all possible to bring them back. They are the most comfortable, pain-relieving shoe I have. They are my first go to for everything. The gentleman helping me seemed genuine to my concern and said he would relay my information.

Kuru shoes are not good for my knees. The shoes made me walk wobbly. I called them and they finally gave me a full refund. Good customer service.

This company has great customer service and stands behind their product. I needed some footwear for plantar fasciitis. I bought some sandals that were VERY comfortable, but I noticed after about 1 month they were loose and after about 7 weeks almost too loose to wear. The elastic that attached the buckle was totally frayed and stretched out. I complained and customer service reached out to me immediately. They advised me that my sandals were covered by their warranty. I emailed photos of the sandals and was immediately credited with the cost. I’ve just ordered replacement shoes that I hope will be as comfortable as the sandals.

Very responsive and showed concern for my issue. I have purchased several pairs of shoes and love them. The quality of shoes and concern for customer satisfaction will keep me coming back!

I was struggling bad with Plantar fasciitis, and no matter what I did I could not get it to calm down. It was painful to walk and limited my ability to exercise. I found the KURU Tread Sandals and started wearing them as many hours of the day as I could. Within a few days, I could feel the pain lessening, and in a few weeks, the pain was gone.
