Kuru shoes are amazing and their customer service too! I purchased a pair of the slippers for my plantar fasciitis. They gave me immediate relief! They are the best slippers I have ever had. So I bought two pairs for my husband, slippers and shoes. Well the shipment got lost and when I reached out to customer service they shipped a new set of shoes. They did not say wait another 7 days or try to stall me in any way. They replaced the order immediately! Oh and they are stylish too for orthopedic shoes!

Update after corporate reply: Your response was disappointing, but expected. You continue to focus on good intentions regardless of the damaging impact. You think you are making fun of the shoes, but when you take on an affected voice to represent an elderly person and you use people who play bingo as somehow ridiculous, you are actually making fun of people. And these people happen to be elderly. These people are wise, resilient, courageous, caring, role models, etc. I caution you on your next campaigns not to mimic foreign language speakers, use "black face", or celebrate oppression of race, gender, identity, religion, etc., buoyed by your good intentions. ----------------------- I have 3 pairs of Kurus that I really like. But after being inundated with your ageist commercial with the Kuru Guru ads, I'm out. And equally horrific is your excuse about good and humorous intentions. The thing about discrimination is that it doesn't matter what your intentions were. The only true path is to hold yourselves accountable, pull the ad, educate yourselves, and legitimately apologize. Full stop.

When I placed the order I did not see how long the shiping would take, until I received the confirmation email. The 2 pair of boots were to arrive after I leave. I am retired and traveling in an RV. Curretntly I am visitng a friend in Edmonds, WA. I must leave Sunday. If I have to return to Edmonds, WA to pick-up the boots, the drive is equal to a days drive, plus 2 -3 tanks of gas$210. Customer service adusted my shipping to ensure the boots arrive by Friday,

Have purchased three different pair of shoes this year from Kuru, and returned two additional pairs. A Kuru shoe is an excellent product; is as described; and carries a 45 day "test wear" to see if the shoe conforms to the purchaser's requirements (Kuru also offers a 6 month warranty for any possible defects). Dealing with their "Gurus" on line, or in person is very easy, and they help with any problems that might occure. Kuru offers KuruCash rewards for customers to receive discounts for future purchases. It has been my great experience to deal with Kuru in every transaction. Yes, their product is a bit pricy, but you do get what you are paying for. (I have no connection with Kuru, nor have I received any incentive for this review; I am just one of many satisfied customers)

Found what I was looking for..made an error in my order..contacted Kuru customer service and received assistance within seconds. Can't ask for better.

I started with plantar fasciitis in November 2024. The pain. The pain limited my ability to walk. I searched for a lot of information to find an option to reduce my pain. Finally, I got Kuru Guru ad, I reviewed the information, and I decided to try the Triple Max Ion. When they arrived, as soon as I put them on, my foot started relaxing. Since that moment, the pain has been reduced by 99%. Suddenly, I felt discomfort, nothing like the pain I was suffering. I ordered another pair to wear in the office, and now I'm waiting for the Coda Muse sandals. I will share my experience once they arrive :)

These shoes fit my feet better than any other company hands down and I’ve tried all the usual recommendations. They are fantastic and have great customer service also.

My Flex Via shoes were ideal for my hurting feet. However, the Quantum 2 shoes did not work. I soon realized that they were not working but I was getting close to my return window. While on vacation, they were able to help me from afar and got my return initiated. Very, very simple process and were so apologetic that they did not work. Would definitely recommend these shoes and company!
