I am highly disappointed in there international shipping fees which are not clearly advertised at the moment of purchase. I will NEVER EVER Purchase from this company again. Very unsatisfied customer 😡
I would not recommend- seems like another scam..I ordered received the shoes in less than 2 weeks. Opened the box and could not believe how wide and long they were on top of the most unattractive shoe i have ever seen ! I placed them next to my sneaker and the size ( outside not inside) difference was 2 sizes longer and so wide! I tried one on but knew i would never wear them! Very clever advertising. 20 dollars to send back- and very tricky to get through the laters on their web site to return, they definitely do not want that! A $206 shoes were not worth $5 Feeling scammed
UPDATE! I have since been contacted by a Customer Service advisor who was very polite and helpful. Our telephone conversation has resulted in a full refund of the retail cost and a partial refund of the shipping costs. As a goodwill gesture, I have been promised a cheque in the mail for the remaining shipping costs,,,,,,,,I await this. Probably ok if you live in the US but don't bother if you live (eg) UK! Ordered Feb 4th....emailed them 13th Feb to find out if my slippers had been dispatched but never received a reply....interestingly, they were then dispatched 14th Feb! I requested an exchange to a larger size and returned them on 24th Feb. According to my tracking number, Kuru Accepted delivery on 5th March. I received no acknowledgement and finally emaied on 9th March to enquire about the status of my order. THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY!! but on 13th March I received email from Kuru asking for tracking number and proof of return. I replied immediately and have heard NOTHING SINCE!! today is 17th March. this footwear is ridiculously expensive so one would expect much better Customer service, particularly as I have to pay for the shipping myself..........almost 30GBP! I shall not be buying anything else - these slippers have already cost me over 150GBP and I still haven't got them, nor have I had any reply to my last email. Awful company if you live outside of the US!
UPDATE -Kuru was on top of my review - thank you! They explained everything - I was definitely scammed. Warning to everyone when purchasing online to pay attention to sites - and anything thing that seems "too good to be true".
I accidentally put in an incorrect address (typo). The item was delivered to someone else. They did a one time resolution for this mistake (though they said the customer is responsible in the end so I definitely wont make that mistake again).
She was very considerate and helpful. She is a great listener and communicator. At the end she made sure I had the correct QR code so that I there wouldn’t be any confusion. A++

I feel as if I am part of the Kuru Family. I truly love the way they have treated me over the years. Any time I have had a concern they take the time to get things figured out. I have not bought any other shoes in the last 5 years since I found Kuru. I won’t ever go back and my body thanks for more it every day.

The shoe sizes seem to run about 1 size too big. I sent my first pair back and got another half a size down. Still too big so I sent them back and got another half size down. Fits perfect! But the laces on one of the shoes was messed up. One funky aglet and one missing aglet torn off. I sent kuru a pic and they refunded the amount of kuru points to buy a whole 2nd pair of shoes for free! With that decided I can live with weird laces and I got myself a different kind of shoe than my original shoes. Anyway, great customer service, even if it was a little slow around the holidays.
