So...you think its funny that you are insulting seniors. Pretty tasteless. And if you are blessed enough to live as long as we have, (it's a privilige denied to many), You will then understand why we find your ad insulting. Meanwhile, we're the ones with the deep pockets. And we buy what we want!!! Ssooo long suckerfish!!!! Hahahahahaha!!! However your intent, the facts remain you think we should conform to your dillusional concept. And be told how to think and do..adding more insult from your conceited, warped viewpoint. I should'nt have to baby sit.

I was looking for some more flexible tennis shoes for the gym. Something that had structure but still let me feel the floor when lifting weights. Not a big weight lifter, but on the advise of my trainer. I liked the look / design of these shoes and ordered some. Got them promptly, exactly as depicted and a bit later got an email that they'd accidentally charged me shipping when I'd signed up as a member so they were refunding that. I hadn't even noticed yet. So nice that they are working so hard to take care of their customers! Wearing the shoes today and they're just as comfortable as everyone said. Really happy to find a brand that works for me.

I am totally disgusted with the advertisement for your shoes. You probably do make a quality shoe but I would NEVER EVER purchase a pair because of the insulting language used in that commercial. It’s a disgrace that your advertising department couldn’t come up with a decent commercial and not one that is sooo condescending to the older generation.

I've ordered a variety of your shoes. I'd have to say that your shoes are much roomier than others I've had in the past. I have wide feet. So I ordered my usual size and they were too long. Due to shipping company delays, the new shoes I ordered a size smaller were delayed. Kuru accommodated my request to exchange/refund my previous shoes due to the delays. This is how I want to buy shoes, with no worries. The products and the service of Kuru are outstanding. I've been looking for a company where my feet feel good and the service is great. I'll be with you for a long time.

Yes this is my review...there is a recent ad with the Kuru Guru...she holds up a pair of 'old lady' type black shoes..she then goes on to mimic an old lady's voice named Glynnis..in that mimicking voice she alludes to wearing these old lady shoes as opposed to 'cool Kuru sneakers' as a woman who only plays bingo and wears diapers!..I am personally appalled that this ad insults older women..I would now never purchase Kuru shoes because this ad

Customer service could not have been better! I made myself clear as to why I needed an exchange and she could not have made it easier! The quality of customer service reflects on the quality of their shoes and just because I needed to exchange had no bearing on the shoes I received. I recommend KURU footwear and will shop here again.

I was sent on my first time order a size 7 when I had ordered a 9. I was so disappointed - but the lady who helped me was so kind and apologized. She told me how to return shoes and it was easy. I hope the next pair is the right size.

Kuru makes really great shoes. As an active 60 year old, I needed to find a shoe that fit well plus gabmve me the support and comfort I needed. I do 5K races with my husband . I walk and he runs. So it is important to keep my feet happy! The customer service at Kuru is really amazing. I had to call just today to return a pair that I just received that was defective. The representative took care of it in the 15 minutes I was on the phone. Thank you Kuru for taking care of your customers. It really is appreciated!!

I love Kuru products and needed new sneakers. I have unique needs and Kuru meets my situation, i have an ankle replacement. I tried a new sneaker that didn’t quite work for me. Customer service was so helpful, guiding to a better choice for my needs so i can keep loving these shoes. I recommend them often.
