Your website is not user-friendly. It's difficult to find the chat box or a phone number. I've written emails and got no answer. When I tried to look for help, I only got windows popping open to show me more shoes. When I ordered the shoes, I typed the correct shipping address, but when I entered my credit card info, the information changed. It was important to correct that information before the shoes shipped, since they are a Christmas gift. The chat box closed on me the first time, so I had to reopen it. It took several minutes before an employee answered. It was someone named Seth. Once I explained the problem, he resolved it quickly.
