My question on the type of foot support I needed, was answered more quickly than I thought; it was appreciated!

Tisia was excellent with me on the phone and helping me with my return. It was so easy to return as I purchased the wrong size. It was quick and feeling very grateful that I ordered from KURU. Will be shopping again soon with them.

I received the wrong order. I called and got a very good service person who was understanding and quickly took care of my issue.

Even though it was past the 45 days for return or exchange, the company was willing to work with me and allowed me to exchange

Kura are the best shoes for both plantar and overall foot support. The customer service is also excellent.

I purchased shoes that unfortunately do not fit. The company does not care because it was a final sale item (over $100) they will not accept a return.

Ordering from kurus was a little confusing but she thoroughly explained the deal they were running!

Representative was very attentive.Was able to resolve my issue right away. Provided me with a confirmed email stating it was taken care of. The confirmation really helped. I had experienced a call the previous day over the same issue, but it was not taken care of, even though I was told it was. Rep had indicated that I would receive a confirmation, but never did. Todays Rep ensured I received the confirmation email before we hang up. That is great service!!!

The representative ordered my shoes in the color I wanted. I already have 6 or 7 pairs of Kuru shoes and needed a new size! I wear the Atom and have no issues especially when it comes to support!

I love Kurus. My first purchase online was for sandals that saved my feet and ankles. For my second pair I ordered a pair of white sneakers(to be trendy in my senior years). They didn't come for weeks. I wrote about the delay and Kuru found out I had neglected to add my street address for delivery! Oh my. Old age. Their sleuthing was prompt!
