I've just written directly to Just Travel as imglobal claims department still haven't paid out for a cancellation claim for flights which was submitted in September 2024. We paid Β£25 for our GP to complete the Medical Declaration after he advised us to cancel for medical reasons. Constant delaying tactics by imglobal Claims Department.

Acquiring travel insurance with Just Travel is reasonably easy. What is a little tedious is the every policy you take out, its necessary to enter all the health details once again, although I understand why its necessary. However, do search out discount vouchers as this can make a real difference to the cost. For us its not just the cost of the holiday, its how much the insurance will be!

As I Am Not Technically Minded I Requested Written Details Sent To My Address - 2 Weeks Later Still No Details - Contacted Just Travel Today - They Said E Mail Was Sent ? Apart From This I Would Recommend This Company

Had a missed port on our cruise in October. Rang Just Travel, who E Mailed me the necessary forms. Filled out and returned to Roger Rich, who are a claims consortium group. This was 4th November, E Mailed 22nd Nov, again no response. E mailed again today, don't expect any response. Customer service is atrocious. Just will not answer phone, don't answer e mails

Price is good and have used for three years but this year, for the first time, have had to make a claim and their claims handling company is extremely poor. First contacted claims company 6 weeks ago and was directed to a 'one beyond' website. Nothing happened. Emailed the claims address and no reply, called and promised a call back but nothing. 6 weeks later and finally sent a 9 page claim form. Have sent back but have little confidence they will actually deal with it given its taken 6 weeks to issue a blank form.

This review has been revised following intervention from Just Travel Cover. They did not ask me to revise it, I chose to do it based on their response. I called them from abroad and was assured that my medical expense claim would be valid and paid in full. After weeks and weeks the claims handler (Roger Rich and Company, a name you should watch out for, and not in a good way) and "The Claims Consortium" refused the claim as the policy doesn't cover medical expenses. After writing a poor 1 star review here Just Travel contacted me and advised me that the policy DOES cover medical expenses and that my claim would be paid in full. Always complain if you think you're right.

Simple, straightforward application with easy to answer questions, although I did have to return to the one about the Country Iβm visiting. I actually entered Spain and then realised that Canary Islands have their own listing! Medical questions were easy to answer too. Great price for two weeks cover and I also got a bonus discount so very happy.

I asked Stuart Wisbach to organise a first wedding anniversary trip as a surprise for my wife. As we had seen programs about Florence and both wanted to visit the city. Even with the change of flights in Amsterdam, the trip went like clock work and was a dream. Stuart even got us access to the lounge at Newcastle airport, which was a lovely touch and started the holiday off well. The hotel was well appointed and extremely clean. The private car to and from the airport was on time and easy to find. Stuart is someone I will probably use for all my trips from now on, as it was without doubt far better than if I had organised it.
