Had a missed port on our cruise in…
Had a missed port on our cruise in October. Rang Just Travel, who E Mailed me the necessary forms. Filled out and returned to Roger Rich, who are a claims consortium group. This was 4th November, E Mailed 22nd Nov, again no response. E mailed again today, don't expect any response. Customer service is atrocious. Just will not answer phone, don't answer e mails
