They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

This is the first time I have purchased a multi travel insurance covering a year's unlimited trips . I searched the web and found Just Travel Cover which covered pre existing medical problems . I filled in all the details , giving my pre existing medical issues . The quote came up showing a selection of different cover , bronze, silver etc . I chose the middle price which was a slightly greater excess , but one which I could afford . The only issue was that one of my trips would be more than 31 days , therefore I had to telephone Just Travel for information on the problem . I was told the increased price to include trips of 45 days . This was satisfactory for me , and I purchased the insurance . As the first trip was going to be January and the last one end of September I had to date the start of the insurance beginning of October . The holidays had been booked , therefore I wanted to be sure I could find satisfactory cover . Fingers crossed nothing happens from now until end of September ! The details of the insurance were emailed to me immediately , I also requested a hard copy be sent to me as my printer is not too reliable . I am awaiting receipt of these . It is only a few days ago I purchased the policy . I am reasonably satisfied with the attention I have received . Thank you Just Travel Cover .

My 85 year old father purchased a 6 month travel cover from Just travel, he declined coverage for pre-existing conditions. About 3 months into his trip to visit me in the USA he noticed a lump on his upper arm, he went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a melanoma and advised to have immediate removal. We called just Just travel ( mayday assistance ) and they wrongly denied him cover saying it was a "pre-existing condition" , and refused to help, it wasn't he had never had melanoma! We were left to either pay to undergo surgery in the USA or cut our holiday short and return to the UK for treatment. We returned home a few days later at our own expense, my father had surgery to remove the melanoma (cancer) then a few months later just travel reversed their decision and said that my father did have a legitimate claim ,but they are refusing to cover any of our expenses, because they say we didn't get their approval among other things ! We have been fighting with them for months and they still refuse to recompense for our expenses! Even though my father paid nearly Β£900 for his insurance ! We have had a terrible experience with this company and we have now had to hire a solicitor to try and recover our costs! What good is insurance if they treat an elderly pensioner like this ! We feel there was negligence in their misdiagnosis and then out right fraud by not covering our legitimate claim.

I've deleted my original glowing review as Justtravelcover decided to cancel my insurance due to the cancer that I had 5 years ago and have been clear of since. Pleased though that 'Insurance Choice' had no such reservations and issued me with a policy albeit excluding my non existing cancer.

Just booked insurance over the phone with Kyle. Very simple despite my many things to declare. He went through everything professionally and explained everything well. Received a text whilst still on the phone with my policy number and a medical emergency number, very impressed! I am yet to go on my trip so can't comment on the service during claims, also hoping I won't need to but will update if applicable. Reasonable pricing and friendly service, I would use this company again in the future.

Bought a couples annual European policy. Got a very good price compared to renewing with my existing insurers, despite declaring medical problems. Only just bought it so it remains to be seen how they fair if we ever have to make a claim but I guess that's a chance you always take.
