I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Bail out while you can. Like many other reviewers I am struggling with support. What's worse they are randomly bouncing emails. I have caught some - direct messages from my bank for example. I don't have a full picture of what's missing but I am aware that random emails go adrift with important things I need to attend to. I have raised it with support and they are slow and uninterested in getting to the bottom of the problem. They use a third-party mail filter called mailchannels which I have no visibility or control over. I suspect this snuck in when they were taken over.

Avoid. Having used Heart for a number of years it is disappointing that their standards have dropped significantly. I have been trying to change my hosting package since Jan 2025 unsuccessfully as they have been charging me for a product that I did not need. It is not possible to speak with anyone on the phone and despite advertising a 24hr response to support tickets, I often have to wait a number of days before getting any type of response. They make reference to online chat support but this is also not reliably available.

I've been with Heart Internet for a very long time and their customer support has always been great. If I've raised a ticket they've responded within hours. I also stayed with them because you could also call them if there was a major issue and get support that way. Since the takeover they seem to have lost the customer support all together. I have a major problem with my business emails and I've waited over 3 days for a reply on my ticket (supposed to be maximum 24 hours) and their 'live chat' function seems to have disappeared despite 'accepting cookies' as they suggest. Very disappointed indeed as they were a super company for many years and I feel powerless to address this problem without help. I will definitely change providers if the service doesn't improve soon!!

Not the first time I had to write a bad review for them, after they got took over it's been very poor company. They changed the server I was on and after that the upload times have made it impossible to operate, we have lost loads of business and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I even clicked the emergency button to say site down and they still not offering any support. I am now in the process of moving to another provider.

Unfortunately, i have to write another BAD review about Heart Internet, a company I've been with for many, many years. Since the take over, the reliability and service has been dreadful. I beleive i've been very patient with them but i've had issue after issue from email, ftp and support responses or the lack of them. It's been 8 days since i raised a ticket and no repsonse. They've say in a previous ticket, the issues are due to upgrades happening and the lack of response too, ir the ticket got stuck in a queue :-/. I've referred quite a few friends to Heart, business and otherwise. They've been speaking to me recently and say they're so frustrated and are now looking to leave. It's a shame cos been a good hosting company up until now. Come on Heart, up your game before you have no customers left !

I am a complete luddite. Heart Internet helped me with problem, explained what I had to do in simple terms and made me UNDERSTAND how to fix the issue in the future. Highly recommended.

Is there anyone who has a way to contact Heart Internet Terrible trouble trying to get any answers out of Heart about the current state of the migration and lack of answers on tickets (over a week now) No online chat, telephone number or ticket support. Is there a problem with the company?
