Service gone massively downhill
I've been with Heart Internet for a very long time and their customer support has always been great. If I've raised a ticket they've responded within hours. I also stayed with them because you could also call them if there was a major issue and get support that way. Since the takeover they seem to have lost the customer support all together. I have a major problem with my business emails and I've waited over 3 days for a reply on my ticket (supposed to be maximum 24 hours) and their 'live chat' function seems to have disappeared despite 'accepting cookies' as they suggest. Very disappointed indeed as they were a super company for many years and I feel powerless to address this problem without help. I will definitely change providers if the service doesn't improve soon!!
