Excellent customer support

I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.

I’ve been with Heart for many years and needed to reduce costs

I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could β€˜reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart

Quick response to ANY support request

Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Avoid

Avoid! They take money from your bank for renewals. These are Recurring payments! Not direct debits. Even though I cancelled everything around 18 months ago they debited money today. No phone support, only contactable through online tickets. I can’t login because my old login isn’t recognised as I closed it all down with them directly. Yet they still take money. Edit after your reply! Too little too late! Shocking service, never again!

Heart have excellent Customer Services

Heart have excellent, easy accessible customer services who guided me through what needed to be done to resolve an issue with my mailbox being used by a 3td party to send spam. I was grateful for the support, which got my email back on line very quickly

Heart Support difficult to engage

I use both Heart and Ionos to host client websites. Engaging Heart to provide support and advice is very poor. No telephone or webchat facilities and dependent on raising a ticket which can take days to be actioned. Having two suppliers allows me compare the services and Ionos support is far superior. It looks as if I will need to recommend clients to move away from Heart

Payment system problems again

It seems that Heart Internet payment systems are not working again? I went to purchase 3 Premium emails and upon paying by card it said payment had been made. Then when I went to the control panel home page an alert appeared that I had Payment pending and I could either retry or cancel. I retried 4 times and on checking my bank statement, 4 payments had been taken from my account. No invoices were generated and no Premium emails are listed in my control panel. I have raised a ticket but nothing positive has materialized. Please refund the overcharge as per my ticket and resolve the Premium email set up.

Terrible

Terrible, extremely frustrating. Do not use if you are self-employed. My website has been down for months. You cannot contact them by phone. My Hotmail account closed as Microsoft changed to outlook. Despite several attempts at contacting Heart internet to change the settings, they still do nothing ! They just keep asking for the same information over and over and over.

Ive been a loyal heart internet…

Ive been a loyal heart internet customer both personally and as recommends for my own customers for over 10 years but recently the service / support has totally gone to the wall. 2 and 3 days turn around in service with no real answers, and not reading my detailed replies, trying to help them solve my issue. I would avoid Heart at all costs, they don't seem to have a clue when it comes to support and its going to take a long time to turn it round. I wouldn't be surprised if they are being bought up by a bigger fish... for now, don't waste your money, go elsewhere.
