Ive been a loyal heart internet…
Ive been a loyal heart internet customer both personally and as recommends for my own customers for over 10 years but recently the service / support has totally gone to the wall. 2 and 3 days turn around in service with no real answers, and not reading my detailed replies, trying to help them solve my issue. I would avoid Heart at all costs, they don't seem to have a clue when it comes to support and its going to take a long time to turn it round. I wouldn't be surprised if they are being bought up by a bigger fish... for now, don't waste your money, go elsewhere.
