I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I've been a Heart Internet customer for close to 20 years, and in the last four years, I've lost more clients than in the previous 16 combined. Their email service is now unreliable, and website loading speeds are so slow that constant monitoring is required. Support tickets are slow to be addressed, requiring continuous follow-up and am surprised with some posts here on trust pilots were they say the ticket support has improved. They even removed their live chat support, likely due to the numerous complaints. Recently, their white-label cPanel and webmail have been experiencing issues (e.g., cpanel.mydomain.co.uk not functioning). Our reseller business has suffered significantly due to these client losses. Heart Internet is simply not the same company I joined two decades ago.

Heart Internet goes from bad to worse and now it has been sold to another new owner things have got even worse, which is hard to believe as it was that bad already. Pretty much none of my clients can trust they will be able to send or receive emails via their mail boxes which are part of their websites hosted on Heart Internet. It seems they are not receiving emails half the time, emails are not being delivered or even going into spam, just nothing happens, The customer services is useless and you can wait days for a response which just fobs you off and they are breaking the law by preventing companies being able to trade as they cannot do business if Heart is blocking their incoming and outgoing emails. I have clients who paid for business email accounts and managed VPS as well as shared hosting and they are all experiencing problems and I finally now need to move to a new hosting company as they have made it impossible to stay with them. What a disaster of a Hosting Company Heat has become.

After receiving quite poor service over the weekend and not much help, today was a different story. Everything rectified to my satisfaction and I am now happy that all my issues are resolved. I just need my refund to be done and I will be very happy.

Used them for years nearly 20 years, since before they took over our previous hosting company (webfusion). We have a self managed VPS. Support is generally OK but recently we have been forced to host our mail server via their relay. THUS we now suffer from bad email reputation from all their other users.. All Hotmail @ outlook emails are now being bounced. Been like that for a few months now. Not happy.. I will be moving to another host

I was able to send / receive emails via my laptop but I was having problems doing this on my Iphone. I am not very tech savvy, but I opted for the Live Chat and Andrew promptly responded and took me through the process step by step until it was resolved. Very Grateful. A.J.

Andrew Welsby at Heart Internet was super helpful and efficient in updating my SSL. As always the team at Heart Internet continue to support my technical needs and ensure my professional website and email is always working well. As with all technology, when the occasional bump happens, Heart internet are super responsive to my customer ticket requests to get things sorted quickly. I would highly recommend.
