I ordered a gift basket on Dec 10 for delivery Dec 15. It was delivered a week late. When I tried to reach customer service I was kept on hold for over 35 minutes. When I finally reached someone they assured me it would be delivered days earlier than it was. Every business is definitely struggling to pivot during these difficult times but it’s not sustainable to not answer emails, calls or Voicemails for weeks. This was my first time ordering with Hazeltons and will be my last.
